I am so passionate about what I do, I want to share that excitement with you. Everyone has challenges throughout life that they work to overcome, as have I. Moving toward my vision and goals of how I think my life will look, through the good, the bad and, yes, the ugly, I have discovered some gems I wish to share with you. I have learned that the best teachers are those who are authentic and real, teaching from experience.
God made me a cowgirl and I'll share what I have learned along the way. It's time to put your boots on, wear your hat proudly and ride out of the training pen with me. From a lifetime of working with and learning from horses I have discovered they are some of the best teachers that can be found. Horses think and respond instinctually with honesty, clarity and express love unconditionally.
There are skills to understanding non-verbal communication and body language when working toward building a productive relationship with people, horses and all animals. Guess what? Your body sends instant messages to every living thing that you contact. As people, we have just not kept up the skills of understanding what we are seeing and sensing or the messages that our body is telling others and one's self.
At Mable's Guest Ranch horsemanship programs are designed with more to them than just sitting in the saddle with your heels down and thumbs up. Real horsemanship and riding skills are real life skills. Yes, it is about your relationships, with your horse and others… but also, and most importantly, it is about finding the authentic YOU.
